Responsibilities:• Implementation of condition monitoring techniques on more than 900 rotatory and electrical equipment by using vibration, ultrasonic and infrared-thermography • Execute planned data collection and visual inspection of rotating and electrical equipment • Conduct analysis if readings are beyond acceptable limits according to the ISO and Ma’aden standard, should be reported to the area reliability engineer and concerned department • Ensure the vibrational and electrical problems of rotating equipment (pumps, Fans, Compressors, Conveyors, Mills, etc.) are detected and reported, based on the severity of the problem. • Perform reliability techniques (infrared thermal, PD measurement and ultrasonic inspection) for refinery’s substations (Nos. 16) having ABB-MNS LV (480V) 34.1 KVA to 4.16 switchgear 0.5 MVA to 100 MVA transformers • Execute motor signature current analysis by CSI 2140 and have basic knowledge of All-pro ESA device • Execute Rockwell power flux-700 VSD motor drive PM and Inspections. • Basic implementation knowledge of Partial Discharge test using Ultra-Tev Plus-2. • To assist reliability and condition monitoring engineer to execute setup & implementation of Condition Monitoring systems as a part of Predictive Maintenance Programs (PMP). • Performing other vibration advanced tests (Bump test, coast down test, Cross channel measurements, and high-resolution data collection) • Knowledge about Machinery Health Database AMS software • Frequently use these tools: CSI 2130 & 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer, Fluke T-450, T-400, T-32 and FLIR 440 and STD-270 All-pro. • Planning the execution of the preventive/predictive maintenance works • To maintain asset management by keeping equipment datasheet and maintenance history • Having strong knowledge of using ERP (Oracle)system
