My Responsibilities are: Implementation of HSE Policy.  Strict adherence to PTW implementation.  Monitoring all shutdown related activities and ensuring that activities are performed following Health and Safety standards.  Risk Assessments of activities in order to identify hazards related to particular task.  Suggesting control measures regarding hazards.  Strict monitoring of flammable zones.  Conducting TBTs (Tool Box Talk) before every activity.  Inspection of Cutting, Welding, Grinding, Lifting and Handling Tools to ensure safety.  Providing trainings on Emergency procedures to be followed.  Investigating Accidents, Incidents and Near misses to identify loopholes in control measures.  Special trainings conducted regarding Toxic gases present in workplace.  Identifying all Mechanical and Chemicals hazards present in workplace.  Making sure that better housekeeping is maintained.  Highlighting Waste Management procedures to be used to maintain Health and Safety standards.
