In my present assignment, I am focused on managing back-to-back Performance Engineering team & DBA support team (SQL); mainly responsible for performance and scalability of the product, employee engagement, tools (DevOps, JIRA), while monitoring career development activities for associates & team building functions. Leveraging skills gained, I am successful in planning project activities viz. scoping, estimation, tracking, change management, delivery management & post implementation support.I enjoy resolving complex engineering, architecture, business, product and infrastructure problems across geographically diverse locations

estimations, resource management, as well as project tracking and reporting. With a strong focus on designing, and executing performance scripts, I utilized load runner, product business flow for identifying performance effective workflows. In addition to this, I tested and verified web application performance pre-tasks for ensuring performance test requirement were received and developed product specific performance test plans. Furthermore, I interfaced with technical team members (Architects, DBA) to support the test execution to ensure correct environment configuration just prior to execution.

During this tenure, I delivered a project eStart –Sales Order Tracking Tools: based on collection of Sales Order Tracking used by ADP sales personnel, automated the application using QTP; and performed load testing using Load Runner. I functioned as single point of contact for the project, and assessed functional specifications and determined test requirements for new products, and releases. In addition to this, I planned, designed, executed and maintained performance scripts using Load Runner scripts according to the critical business requirement.

Under this assignment, I was tasked to work as SPOC for GL module, for carrying out testing of various core and custom modules of Oracle Applications Release 11.5.10.2 that covered developing test cases, performing functional and regression testing, creating automation scripts, logging and tracking. For meeting the organizational goals, I took the ownership and accountability for all QA efforts; defined and executed QA strategies, identified defects, and led the preparation of test summary, and documented the test results. In addition to this, I conducted tested controls over certain business processes to comply with the SOX controls.
