1. Manage the vessel traffic management systems (VTMS) effectively and ensure a high standard of safety in ships movement in the port area.2. Ensure efficient, fast, safe and satisfactory services to port customers at all times by proper analysis and implementation control as well as continuous monitoring and coordination with all relevant parties and the shipping community.3. Ensure the overall activities related to terminal operations have been carried out smoothly and safely without compromising safety aspects and standards of performance by closely monitoring and coordinating with the operation supervisor and all relevant parties.4. Attend daily berth meetings with the latest information on operation progress of each vessel as well as the current status of various cargoes stored inside all tank terminals.5. Monitor and update daily/monthly cargo throughput and current month cargo activities before submission to the HOD.6. Liaise with government agencies, users, shipping and forwarding agents, terminal operators, internal department and other relevant parties in daily routine functions to monitor and ensure the continuity and smooth operations of vessels.

1. Closely working with the Project Engineers to review the engineering design study with the engineering and construction teams for the SPV1 Pengerang.2. Attend Marine Operations meeting for the port tariff review and resource requirements forecast for the marine facilities.3. Participate in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) review and coordination meeting.4. Any task assigned by the marine operations department.
