-Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.-Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.-Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.-Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.-Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.-Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations

• Assists in permit & insurance approval before starting any electrical supply work• Assists in electrical supply estimating works• Assists in supervising and addressing issue when the tasks are carried out (electrical, mechanical, civil related tasks)• Updates the system regarding on-going or potential electrical supply projects• Own a CIDB green card & Tenaga Safety Passport (TSP) TNB ILSAS

Studies and compiles data regarding existing and potential electricalengineering projects that could benefit the company and summarizethem in reports• Estimates material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation• Maintains electrical equipment• Inspects construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potentialsafety hazards• Maintains an accurate record of construction employee attendance• Recommends changes to construction operations or procedures toincrease efficiency

Manages and completes daily store operation jobs• Maintains the outlet resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting andtraining employees• Achieves the sales target• Market merchandising by studying promotion, pricing, product display,stock control and stock manage• Drives the team to accomplish and achieve the targeted result throughteamwork
