Following successful completion and sound performance of the EMSB Course, I was selected as a Junior Faculty Member with view to step up as Instructor once I complete the respective tasks and achieve seniority within Plastic Surgery. Stepped up to role as Coordinator.

National Mentor for The Portfolio Clinic. My role is to offer career advice and planning for juniors interested in pursuing a career in surgery. A personal interest of mine, as I would not have made steps in career without Mentorship. I have mentored 8+ doctors so far.Currently surgical mentor for the pilot IMG Programme to help IMG doctors successfully navigate the UK and achieve surgical training. Another personal project for myself as my mother is an IMG, so I am keen to give back.
