-Develop and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs.-Conduct demand forecasting and inventory analysis to anticipate stock requirements and prevent stockouts.-Implement inventory control measures such as ABC analysis, cycle counting, VED analysis and reorder point optimization.-Collaborate with procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.-Oversee the day to day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth functioning of inbound and outbound logistics.-Supervise receiving, storage, and distribution of imported spare parts inventory.-Implement efficient layout and storage techniques to maximize space utilization and streamline retrieval processes.-Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain accurate inventory records.-Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the supply chain operations.-Conducting training sessions for warehouse staff focused on enhancing operational efficiency through the implementation of improvement methodologies like lean principles, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events.

-Manage procurement process of construction materials to control costs-Monitoring and updating purchase orders as well as tracking of the costs and delivery dates to compare them with the agreements -Purchasing different types of equipment for construction work from local and foreign suppliers-Source suppliers to ensure effective procurement of quality materials with competitive price by effective negotiation-Maintaining a relationship with existing and potential suppliers to ensure good quality, competitive price, and reliable delivery-Maintaining procurement action plan according to project completion forecast -Maintaining inventory records and documentations for inflow and outflow of materials-Receiving raw materials as per work order -Ensure timely issuance of raw materials to different sites as per approved requisition of project manager and control store inventory properly

-Preparing hourly production report, daily total achievement and daily efficiency report-To do time study for recording the time of performing task by operators-Identifying bottleneck areas to balance the line-Redesign the machine layout & work station layout-Follow up on the critical operation in the line-Preparing line feeding report for new style-Helping supervisors in line balancing during high operator absenteeism-Releasing style, Line Layout and thread consumption chart for line(s) based on scheduled plan-Coordination with other departments for allocating different styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency
