- Set up the reservoir surveillance and well testing requirements and recommend optimum methods of performance monitoring.- Analyze, interpret and integrate broad data sets (production logs, cased hole logs, pressure tests, interference tests, PLTs, PVT sampling and analysis programs) to understand field performance and recommend necessary actions in case of reservoir performance decline.- Participate in the preparation of field business plan (both long and short term) including drilling new wells, work-over, sidetrack and horizontalization in-active and problematic wells to reach field sustainable target rates.- Perform studies designed to define optimum reservoir development plans, which includes setting reservoir testing programs, interpreting results and liaising with other team members and Field Operations personnel to coordinate reservoir engineering requirements.- Prepare quarterly production allowables and follow up with field to ensure compliance. Review and validate monthly production tests and ensure data updated in company database accordingly.- Provide advice to other team members on reservoir engineering aspects of the studies.

- Participate in Artificial Lift (AL) activities in leading to optimum AL completion design for well and reservoir production, including the selection of suitable AL equipment for production and WS wells. - Model WS clusters in the various fields using available software packages, in order to examine performance and recommend modifications to underperforming clusters.- Monitor and analyze AL production well performance and investigate anomalies in liaison with asset team members and concerned Field Operations personnel.- Analyze well performance and potential, determine causes for inactive or underperforming wells and select best remedial option and prioritize candidates for rig or rigless activities.- Prepare various rig and rigless programs such as well testing, well completion and workover, stimulation, wireline, sampling, production logging and follow up on implementation with field.- Analyze and interpret field data and results of planned jobs to determine if objectives met and propose remedial plans if needed. - Carry out studies aimed at optimization of well performance and oil/gas recoveries.

- Establish interconnection agreements with global and regional carriers to ensure comprehensive connectivity and best rates.- Revise and update the tariff plans for different telecom companies based on location.- Update the monthly interconnection plan with the available carriers based on cost, amount of traffic and reliability.

- Coordinate sales, ordering and delivery of Artificial Lift (AL) equipment.- Prepare technical and commercial bids/proposals.- Select AL equipment based on supplied specifications and provide full description and part numbers of equipment.- Support to UAE customers with queries and requests regarding ESP systems.- Communicate with manufacturing plants in Singapore, UK, US, and Canada regarding customer design projects.- Create well completion string diagrams.
