This is a summer seasonal job, each year I start in March and end in September/October. I have worked here for the last 6 years. My main duties are key holder, open and close cafe, stick take, deal with daily tasks,serve customers, cash handling, working under pressure and training staff when required.

At routes healthcare I worked as a temp healthcare assessor. My main duties were to create care plans, liaise OT specialists, order equipment, risks assessments and carry out initial assessments before taking on a clients package. I worked there 3 months as a temp contractor.

At Costa I was a shift manager. My main responsibilities were to ensure the shop and shift is running smoothly.I opened and closed the store, cashed up, trained new baristas, completed log books and was involved in the recruitment side.

My role was to:- Meet and greet patients. - Sign visitors in and out - Undertake routine sign posting duties - Order docket taxis - Liaise with porter team

When I first started at assisted lives I came in as a support worker. I then developed myself furtherinto complex care. I am now Peg feed trained, suction, ventilator and Nebulizer trained.I then got promotes as a care co-ordinator I still did support calls after my office hours and beforeas that was my passion.My care coordinator role I managed a staff team of 50 service users and 30 staff members. Iwould create rotas for my staff members, go out on home visits to create new packages andreview existing packages. I would meet with social workers and carry out safeguardingprocedures when required.
