o Process medication orders and prescriptions accurately and safely.o Assist pharmacy staff in maintaining and reviewing pharmacy inventory.o Assist in the processing of medications/requisitions to customers in an efficient and timely manner.o Counselling of customers about the S2/S3 drugs and unscheduled medicines under supervision.o Familiar with LOTS dispensing software.o Verify accuracy of information on prescription and refill requests.o Maintain and clean equipment, work areas, or shelves.o Unpack and label incoming merchandise, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration.o Operate a cash register.o Entry of DD (controlled drugs), maintaining the check and balance of DD and legal scripts requirements of S8 drugs under supervision.o Perform webster packing, and methadone programs under supervision.o Take all steps required to fill prescriptions in compliance with all laws and regulations.o Serve as a liaison between the customer and the pharmacist.o Maintain a safe, secure and efficient work environment.o Have a basic knowledge for PBS, safety net and all concessional health/veteran cards.

o Provide customers with prompt and courteous service.o Manage telephone requests and delivery orders.o Process customer payments by cash, debit, gift and credit cards.o Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.o Gain valuable customer service skills and up-selling techniques.
