Helped with framing the structure for the subworld, STEM incorporation in the subworld, and am also a designer, editor and writer for the Subworld's Bi-Weekly Newsletter.

- Guide for the Spring SAT Bootcamp cohort of tutors; for the March, April and May SAT Bootcamps- Host onboarding sessions required for new SAT Bootcamp tutors to familiarise them with the structure of Bootcamps and share effective tutoring strategies, and answer their questions- Answer questions SAT Bootcamp tutors have asynchronously- Assist in peer-reviewing SAT Bootcamp sessions, to provide feedback to SAT Bootcamp tutors on how they can improve their tutoring

Along with another volunteer, re-established the community engagement team to increase engagement among learners and tutors across the platform - Lead an official volunteer team of over 20 members, who work on hosting community events and brainstorm methods to increase community engagement- In charge of recruiting for the team through a written application and interview round. - Organising lead of Schoolhouse.world's first official Model United Nations Conference, with over 270 delegates from across the world. Also chaired the UNEP committee of the conference- Worked on developing a new structure of the team, integrating the change of the platform to subworlds- Introduced the role of 'Community Ambassadors' and 'Community Builders', restructuring the team to make it more organised and fit the organisation's goals- Worked on Schoolhouse.world's first official talent show, helping out with organising the event as well as judging - Supervise other team members' events- Organising Lead of the second official Schoolhouse Model UN conference in January 2024 with over 150 delegates. Also chaired the UNESCO committee of the conference.- Organised the Schoolhouse Eras Tour, as a week-long celebration of Schoolhouse's fourth birthday.

- Selected as the president of the Student Council 2024-25 for the Mallinson Girls' School, as the School Captain - Lead and coordinate a student council body of 34 members, delegating tasks, and keeping them accountable - Responsible for supervising and organising events in the school- Responsible for keeping a check on the school's discipline, and make sure relevant concerns are addressed, and forwarded to higher authorities, if required- Conduct weekly meetings for the student council, for them to share any concerns, as well as provide weekly updates for their respective assignments

- Expanding Ayika Foundation's mission to the UT of Jammu and Kashmir - Working on providing climate change awareness among communities in J&K, with a special focus on the youth- Building a climate activism and climate change awareness curriculum for schools and communities in J&K- Partnered with IIMUN as their Green Partner for their 2024 Kashmir Conference, supplying plant saplings for three host schools across Kashmir

- Co-founded the Middle Department (6th, 7th and 8th grade) MGS' monthly newsletter, 'The Scoop', which was a great success- Served as chief editor and designer for the newsletter - Successfully published five editions of the newsletter, which were circulated throughout the four branches of our school

- Staff writer for the Schoolhouse.world Blog - Wrote two articles for the blog, interviewing a founding volunteer for one and a new product team member for the other

- Reviewed more than 200 sessions hosted by tutors, in order to check the quality and safety of sessions - Escalated sessions to the mentor or safety team if required

- Worked on outreach for Indian learners- Brainstormed ideas to promote Schoolhouse.world among Indian student communities- As part of the team, set up an initiative to email more than 200 schools of my region to share about Schoolhouse.world. Also reached out to the Director of Education of Jammu and Kashmir, sharing about the platform.

- Reviewed new tutor applications, assigned to each as an 'onboarding buddy' to provide them with support to get started, host their first session, and provide feedback on their first session - Provided the new tutor with a point of contact for general inquiries regarding day to day issues. This includes information about policies, other opportunities, work rules, and other workplace issues in which the new tutor might experience uncertainty.- Fostered a comfortable relationship in which the new tutor can access someone who is familiar with the company culture, norms, and expectations.
