● Responsible for the grant management process and overseeing programme portfolio in seven countries in Asia and Africa. ● Administrative tasks, such as approving adjustment requests and budgets, organising meetings, developing and updating project templates and guidelines● Experienced in project management, providing technical support and capacity building, producing research and assessment reports, financial management and budget control, and M&E planning● Coaching and mentoring and building skills of staff and volunteers, as well as facilitating training in Denmark and for partner organizations● Plan and conduct monitoring visits of project activities in the field

• Support Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement partners to ensure that essential household needs are provided rapidly and effectively to the appropriate beneficiaries• Assess the status of the local relief capacity and factors which influence relief operations and determine relief programming• Assist RC partners in planning, organizing, and implementing humanitarian relief distributions • Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the distribution process.Missions:• Pakistan 2022: I was a part of the joint mission between BENELUX and the Danish Red Cross ERU responding to the flood-affected population in the Sindh Region.

● Recruiting interviewees, conducting interviews for the research project ’Etniske minoritets kvinder og skilsmisse – med fokus på muslimske praktisere’ by Anika Liversage og Jesper Petersen● Translate as well as transcribe the interviews from Somali to the Danish language

● Providing Psycho Social Support and counselling to refugees who recently gained asylum and provide them with the skills and knowledge on how to begin and maintain a good life in their new country● Provide individual assistance in different areas such as health, the municipal systems, language school, work, commute systems, and sports activities, amongst others. ● Support families to gain the strength to overcome personal challenges/trauma endured in their lives
