Graduates receive ongoing support and coaching to ensure continued success in their careers.NPower was founded in New York City in 2001 and now operates in New York, New Jersey, Texas, California, Baltimore and St. Louis.

• Successfully managed the donor database (Raiser's Edge NXT) of more than 20,000 records, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing and coding of all incoming gifts, including manual entry and routine uploads of gift and donor data from external sources on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.• Provided excellent donor stewardship by preparing and sending acknowledgments and correspondence to donors, as well as responding to and addressing their concerns on an as-needed basis.• Conducted ongoing analysis of donor giving trends and produced statistics reports specific to the organization, as well as general fundraising trends, which informed strategic decision-making and fundraising planning.• Generated contribution statistics reports and prepared monthly accounting and revenue reports of gifts, which facilitated accurate financial tracking and reporting.• Successfully managed the volunteer management database (Better Volunteer Impact) and administered a volunteer orientation program, as well as volunteer recognition activities, programs, and events, which ensured the successful engagement and retention of volunteers.

• Thought several courses, including Principles of Economics, Marketing, Statistics, and Microeconomics, providing students with the knowledge and skills to succeed in their academic and professional careers.• Supported in the creation of the first distance education program, which enabled local communities to continue their post-secondary education from the comfort of their homes.
