I continue developing One Health national intelligence platforms to support integrated surveillance of Antimicrobial Resistance across Human, Animal, Environmental, and Food systems.Additional Highlights:- Extensive technology and digital health consulting, advisory, and implementation experience across 20+ countries.- PRINCE2 certified project manager & soft-skills coach.- Published author on digital health topics.Signature Engagements (if you made it down this far):- Transitioned WHO's 150+ individual departmental sites into a single multilingual integrated CMS.- Proposed and helped deliver the NHS Comparators Platform, an online national health data analytics service (150+ health and performance indicators for all health facilities in England).- Commissioned to undertake the Global Influenza Programmes' Information Systems Landscape Analysis and resulting Roadmap post the H1N1 pandemic.- Planned and implemented the national routine surveillance reporting and analytics platforms for Sudan and Eritrea- Global Solution Architect for Adecco's Content Management System, a service designed to support the requirements of 80+ subsidiary companies (1 billion+ documents per year). - Commissioned to develop a whitepaper and options roadmap for the ICRC's global information management strategy in the era of cloud computing- Developed and implemented a multi-sector mixed methods Action Intelligence framework in six countries to assist national teams in developing the insights necessary to inform their National Climate Change Adaptation Plans of Action.- Rapid development of mobile digital health solutions for emergency responses in conflict zones such as Ukraine and Syria- Developed the national data warehouse models and helped deliver the One Health Antimicrobial surveillance and analytics platforms for 4 countries.
