Co-Founder and engineer responsible for development, testing, certification, and manufacturing of Glo Cubes®, the first liquid-activated, lighted drink infuser. After initial development of the liquid-activation technology, responsibilities changed to business development and strategy – ensuring that The Glo Companies had a solid business plan, while maintaining positive cash flow. Developed logistical pipelines for product delivery importing and exporting. Focused on large strategic partnerships. Since its founding at Mississippi State University in late 2015, Glo products are sold in over 2,000 retailers around the world.

Responsible for overseeing technology based issues and possible solutions for over one-hundred faculty and staff employed by the School of Human Sciences at Mississippi State University. Day-to-day issues include setting up computers and adding technology to the MSU network through the use of network administration tools as well as ordering, installing, and maintaining multi-thousand dollar software for the department as a whole.

Responsible for developing testing and integration fixtures for the electro-mechanical (EM) struts that are utilized on the new Model X SUV Falcon Wing Doors. Validated vehicle sensory systems, designed and executed automatic tests for vehicle subsystems. Provided input pertaining to human interaction testing with various development vehicles and components during this summer internship.

Assisted in building advanced Hardware in the Loop (HIL) systems for next generation automotive and aerospace testing. This included simulation with the latest protocols and services, such as the newly announced Controller Area Network-Flexible Data (CAN-FD) communications bus as well as many others. Other responsibilities included Simulink model validation testing, printed circuit board design, and hardware testing.

Helped to develop and optimize a robotic vision system to help prevent collisions with FANUC robots at a local brick plant in Columbus, Mississippi. Responsibilities included programming, integration, and sound electrical engineering skills to design a system that made pick-and-place robots aware of their surroundings. This system included automatic offset correction to detect and prevent errors in the assembly process before a mistake could occur.
