In 2021, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, and achieved a commendable academic performance. Currently I am a processor account servicing, at court order team at HSBC. Before that , I hold the position of Customer Service Representative at HSBC Bank, where I have refined my communication skills and gained comprehensive banking knowledge through my professional duties till April 2024. In September 2020, I participated in a rigorous one-month online training program with Bank Misr, further augmenting my expertise in the banking sector.My professional journey also includes a tenure as an Expert Desk and Service Recovery specialist for the Etisalat Emirates account at Raya, spanning from October 2021 to February 2022. Concurrently, I actively contribute as a volunteer on the 'BE FLUENT' dedicated to helping individuals enhance their English language proficiency.
