Launched Caterpillar Partners in 2024 to support education and youth-serving organizations with strategic fundraising and communications consulting; company provides customized services for each client, building their capacity to raise six and seven-figure gifts, tell authentic stories, and foster meaningful relationships; to date, clients include Excel Academy Charter Schools, Hyde Square Task Force, Massachusetts Charter Public School Association, the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, Springfield Prep Charter School, and the Black Latinx Asian Charter Collaborative.

Executed multiple capital campaigns including one for a new 90,000 square foot high school building, raising $9MM+, and one for 8-acres of athletic fields and recreational space that raised $5.5MM ; raised $3MM+ on average in private philanthropy annually for strategic initiatives; created grant-making programs to benefit students and families, including COVID Relief and Alumni Funds; executed a brand refresh, including designing a new website with a focus on teacher recruitment; created a communications calendar with a social media plan that more than tripled followers and engagement; increased community engagement from approximately 50 volunteers annually to nearly 200.

Served on organization’s 4-member executive team and led organization-wide effort to secure $18MM in private philanthropy and $28MM in annual revenue across 14 regional and 1 national fundraising portfolios; developed 4-year National Growth Fund campaign and raised $11MM of $13MM goal by year 3; focused primarily on 6 and 7-figure individual and foundation donor engagement.

Oversaw program delivery to 435 low-income students annually with excellent results: 100% graduating high school and 91% persisting to college graduation compared to 11% of peers; increased team from 15 to 21 FTEs and revenue from $1.6MM to $2.MM over three years; partnered with 18-member Board of Directors and recruited 9 new members; executed two fundraising galas per year that raised $1.5MM from 1,000 attendees.

Led fundraising for the Greater Bay Area, which involved collaborating with 3 Executive Directors to manage 3 Boards and a portfolio of 1000+ donors; increased revenue by 30% (from $3MM to $3.9MM) in one year, resulting in largest ever Bay Area annual fund; instituted dashboards and tracking systems for improved progress to goal monitoring progress; supervised 4 development staff members.

As a full-time graduate student, consulted part time for clients including Summer Search, Raising A Reader San Francisco and Alameda County, After-School All-Stars, and Jumpstart for Young Children, Inc.
