Sr. Materials Manager accountable for $200M direct and indirect material, leader of 60 indirect and direct team members. Accountable to execute the Strategic Sourcing strategies, Tactical Procurement, Master Scheduling/Production Control, Inventory Management, Data Analytics and all front and back end Logistic operations. Created and implement a two year Material Management road map that put in place a fully functional Third Party Logistics Program (3PL) and executed cost reduction plans that achieved over $5.5M in direct/indirect material savings.

Responsible for a $150M global strategy for two Business Units that is accountable to 20 different production sites. Led a cross functional Commodity Team of 10 team members located throughout North America and South East Asia. Co-developed a five year Strategic Sourcing Plan that identified over $18.5 million in cost reduction opportunities and reduced commodity supply base by over 40%. Eliminated over $1.2M in cost increases through supplier negotiations and drove an additional $275,000 indirect material cost reductions.

Led the commercial relationship for divisional key suppliers, accountable for over $30M in complex circuit card assemblies (CCA)across seven production sites. Executed supplier development plans that key score card to 99% on-time and in-full and less than 1500 parts per million. Negotiated and implemented two complex long term agreements that supported seven separate production sites, 1300 CCA designs, and over $1M in direct material savings.

Responsible for development of strategic sourcing strategies that support four different production facilities. Accountable for over $6M in direct material spend with 233 suppliers. Project Manager for all cost reduction, supplier performance and rationalization projects.

Responsible for facilities VMI and Point of Use programs consisting of over 900 active part numbers. Accountable for programs key performance indicators that resulted in 100% delivery and zero ppm.
