I believe in software automation and reducing manual efforts through smart software designs. I am extremely motivated to architect and build software solutions that eliminate manual efforts wherever possible. These solutions may be centered on the web or through a hosted design, but I believe that a careful, thoughtful approach to a software solution will reduce or replace manual efforts and save customers time and expense. Whether I'm writing code, or running a team, I bring my passion to produce quality, intelligent designs for my customers. My most recent platform, TeamingPro, is the first of its kind Teammate Discovery and Connections Platform for Federal Contractors. This software reduces the time it takes to find viable teammates, partners and customers, from months to minutes and solves a litany of other issues that have burdened the federal contracting industry since its inception.Within my career in the federal industry, I served as GS-12 and then GS-13 (Government Service Employee) at the Norfolk Naval Safety Center, building large software systems to help the Navy. I transitioned to private within a few years where I continued on building big systems that automate manual tasks and solve problems. After taking on a business development role, I realized that all business is done through relationships, and I didn't have any. So I turned to the data and that was the inspiration for what the TeamingPro platform is today. I believe that innovative, disruptive software automation is the key to moving industries forward and this is what has been brought to the federal contracting industry with TeamingPro.
