April 2009 to February 2012I was seconded to Civil Aviation Development Investment Program (CADIP) - the ADB and a Government of PNG funded project, to address Civil Aviation projects. My project was the replacement of Port Moresby Instrument Landing System and the implementation of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) system for PNG Air Services. ILS replacement project was delivered in 2011.

1st Jan 2008 to April 2009.Due to organizational restructure, the Planning and Development division with CAA was abolished. The new entity was formed- PNGASL, during this time, a transition from CAA to PNGASL took place and so I was selected Manager Engineering Support Service . I continued with the planning of Air navigation, Aeronautical systems and Facilities under Infrastructure Support Services Division. I coordinated the implementation of VHF radio at Alotau and Mt. Robinson. Prepared tender documents for Navigation Aids replacement and Domestic VSAT upgrade. These project were tendered and contract awarded, it was completed end of 2008.

1st January 2006 to 21st March 2007I was appointed Acting Manager, Planning & Development branch. The task mainly included providing management and leadership, strategically planning of CAA systems and facilities. I was reporting to the General Manager (ATS). During this time I prepared a Project Formulation Document on CAA new CNS/ATM program and submitted for funding through National Planning and Programming Division of the Department of Finance and Treasury.I was also appointed CNS/ATM program manager; the task mainly involved coordinating CNS/ATM that was delegated to the respective task managers.

July 2003 To January 2006I was selected to work Under the Policy, Planning and Coordination (PPC) Division. I Worked as a Senior Project Engineer - Mangement. I was managing projects under KFW donor funding. Projects included VSAT network, VHF Radio Communications network, ATCC Voice Switching system and RFF Emergency Communication.I was appointed Acting Principal Project Manager,Continued under Policy, Planning and Coordination (PPC) Division as acting Principal Project Manager. Towards the end of the term, I was appointed acting Assistant Manager PPC. The task mainly involved coordinating with the Government for the implementation of its policies and plans.October 2002 To July 2003I was moved back to System Engineering branch; I revived and coordinated the Implementation of the Direct Speech to Ujung Pandang ATCC (Indonesia) via Brisbane ATCC. At that time link to Ujung Pandang connections was intermittent.Coordinated International Direct Speech connectivity to Oakland ATCC (USA), under South Pacific Aeronautical Fixed Services

April 2001 To October 2OO2Moved over to the Project Management Office after Balus project term was up and continued with project 4.1. The task mainly was supervising and implementing the designed systems, facilities and networks. From time to time I acted as a Project Manager mainly providing contract management.March 2000 To April 2001I was appointed to work with BALUS project 4.1 as a Counterpart Team leader. The tasked mainly involved in the design of the Aeronautical system and facilities, design of its networks and participated in the formulating specification and tendering it.

June 1998 To March 2000I was appointed Y2K Program Manager and represented CAA to the National Y2K Co-ordination and Implementation committee. The Task mainly involved addressing issues relating to CAA at National Y2K meetings. I also attended International ICAO Y2K meetings and coordinated safe Y2K rollover within the Civil Aviation Aeronautical and Air Navigation System and facilities.

Jan 1995 To June 1998Promoted to a Senior Engineer, worked with Aeronautical System and Facilities Support branch- as a Senior Engineer (Communications). My task mainly involved Planning Air Navigation and Aeronautical Communication systems and facilities.The biggest experience was; I planned CAA - PNG part of Pacific Aeronautical Fixed Services network (PACNET), and coordinated its implementation between Brisbane, Ujung Pandang and Oakland ATCC with Port Moresby ATCC
