After completion of the 4 year European program, the initiative was targeted for the client’s North American divisions. Accenture lead the Plan phase where the various divisions were assessed and Canada was decided as the next division. Given the outcome of the EU Program, there was pressure from the client to reduce program cost/length for Canada. To accomplish this the Canada Program leveraged solution improvements and NewIT concepts (DevOps, Auto Testing, etc). Delivery Lead for a supply chain system integration project involving two companies in a merger/acquisition capacity. Scope of the project included integrating foundation data (store, vendors, items), order and receiving processes, and accounts payable between the two companies. Applications included Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Sterling Integrator(Client EDI application), Stibo STEP, JD Edwards Merchandising System, AS400, RedPrairie Warehouse Management System, and Custom Java applications all integrated using MQBroker and/or AS2 Client.• Responsible for delivery of the project: $8.6M, 2K days, 25 resources• Resource planning and project forecasting/budgeting• Provided project direction through managing Business Operations (process, requirements, etc.), Development, and Testing Team Leads• Worked directly and built close relationships with business and IT VPs, Directors, and Managers at both clients• Provided input and direction on solution design• Prepared status and led weekly PMO Meetings with client IT/Business VPs/Directors/Managers

Project Manager (3rd release) and overall QA Lead (2nd release) for the PIM (Product Information Management) Program. The scope of the implementation included customizing the newly implemented PIM solution to load and process part (PIES/PILS) and application (ACES) data. As well as integrating the solution with Oracle RMS, Sterling Integrator(Client EDI application), client store system, and custom JAVA application. Technologies included Oracle RIB, Java, and MQ Broker.

Integration Test Lead, Business Process Lead, and Requirements Lead for an Oracle Retail/Transformational project. The scope of the application work included Oracle RMS (Purchase Order) and Allocations. Technologies included Oracle RIB, Java, MQ Broker, OBIEE and BO Reporting as well as heavy legacy AS400 integration. Architecture included both batch/FTP and message-based services architecture

The Planning for Profitability(P4P) Japan Implementation was an extension of the US/CA P4P Program. The P4P Program implement Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning(MFP), Unit Planning(UP), and associated Business Intelligence (BI) .The P4P Japan Implementation focuses on implementing MFP and BI at the banner the client owned in Japan. Accenture was responsible for the Change Management portion of the P4P Japan Implementation, with the majority of the Accenture Team being from Accenture Japan. I was responsible for transferring P4P knowledge to both the client and Accenture Japan counterparts.

The MyT&E Project was the global implementation of the Accenture web-based time and expense tracking tool (My Time and Expense). This tool consisted of both a code (base) and configuration layer. The tool was developed using agile and delivered over multiple geographical locations. Technologies included MyT&E application coded in .Net and JavaScript, SAP Financial, a number of legacy time and expense backend tools, and Rational ClearQuest.

The P4P Program implemented Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning(MFP), Unit Planning(UP), and associated Business Intelligence (BI) reporting for both client banners in US and Canada. The MFP solution was also eventually rolled out Japan and considered for Mexico. Responsible for a number of roles throughout the project including; test planning/preparation/execution, training development/delivery, tech arch support, and international expansion requirements gathering/support.

Tested and investigated mechanical, electrical, and software issues relating to the newly released Engström Ventilator.
