Technical And Field Support
- Provide technical service and customer support for over 200 users who work as Customer service specialist, Enterprise Sales Reps, National Account Pricing reps.
- Setup, program and configure Hand held Tablets and RFGuns for Use in the warehouse
- In charge of deploying over 200 laptops, desktops and mobile units during company 5 years refresh process.
- Imaged all units using SCCM 2012, transferred data and setting using powershell script
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- In charge of backup, Tape rotation and updates.
