Technical And Field Support
• Provide technical service and customer support for over 200 users who work as Customer service specialist, Enterprise Sales Reps, National Account Pricing reps.• Setup, program and configure Hand held Tablets and RFGuns for Use in the warehouse • In charge of deploying over 200 laptops, desktops and mobile units during company 5 years refresh process.• Imaged all units using SCCM 2012, transferred data and setting using powershell script• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.• In charge of backup, Tape rotation and updates.• Diagnose machine errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions• Produced timely and detailed service reports• Document processes and any new solutions and make them part of the knowledgebase • Resolve technical issue escalated by servicedesk• Escalate problems to third level technical support team and Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings• Built positive relationships with users and provide solution accordingly.
