Alan is a Technology Executive with progressive global operations, consulting, merger & acquistion, business management and global sales experience. His companies have provided SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) services, Enterprise Software, and IT Outsourcing. He has extensive European, Americas and Asian Market Experience with over half of his work time devoted to physical onsite management. Alan is based in Dallas, TX where he owns and operates Axis Software Dynamics and a partner with Teamlogic IT Solutions since 2017. These companies provide Custom Software Development and IT Services for the southern United States. He also serves on Verso Logistics advisory board, a supply chain management platform built on blockchain. Prior to these roles Alan, was with EPAM System (NYSE: EPAM), a global digital transformation company, as an SVP & Chief of Staff to the CEO and SoftServe Inc., a Leading Provider of SDLC Services, where he served as CEO and a Board of Directors Member. SoftServe markets include North America and European clients with Eastern European delivery operation centers located in Ukraine, Bulgaria and Poland. Previously he served as EVP & General Manager of the Software Product and Platform Division and President of the Software Management Solutions Division for Symphony Teleca Corp. STC is a Global Software Solution Firm based in Palo Alto, CA. Alan's management, delivery and sales responsibility included North America, Latin America, India, China, Western Europe, Scandinavia, CIS, and Eastern Europe. He also served on the BoD of Summus Software Corp, A Venture-Backed IT Operation Management Software Company, for Symphony Technology Group, a Palo Alto, CA Private Equity Firm which also held Symphony Teleca. He has also performed several other consulting engagements with Private Equity firms in the Tech Space. Alan began his career in 1986 with a US based investment firm as a Corporate Controller and IT manager. Then with Affiliated Computer Services, a $2.6B Global IT Outsourcing Firm, with roles including Vice President Sales, SVP CTO and Divisional EVP. Over his career Alan's experience has demonstrated a diverse global background with Go to Market Strategies, Merger and Acquisitions, Product Development 2.0, adoption and integration, consulting across multiple firms and countries.
