I worked full-time over the summer of 2022 in Poland at the Ukrainian border with Alight to help with their response to support Ukrainian refugees and those in Ukraine. In this role, I managed a $2.0M microgrants program that supported 150+ Polish and Ukrainian organizations. I continued part-time in the fall of 2022 while completing my studies at IESE.
