I worked full-time over the summer of 2022 in Poland at the Ukrainian border with Alight to help with their response to support Ukrainian refugees and those in Ukraine. In this role, I managed a $2.0M microgrants program that supported 150+ Polish and Ukrainian organizations. I continued part-time in the fall of 2022 while completing my studies at IESE Business School.

After the campaign and before starting business school, I wanted to address the biggest challenge of the time: ending COVID-19. I joined Vault Health to help them expand from one vaccine clinic in New Jersey to opening dozens of clinics across the United States administering over 400,000 vaccines (as of September 2021, ~0.1% of total vaccines administered in the US). My responsibilities included:Launching Vault's COVID vaccination campaign by setting-up and opening 15 semi-permanent and 35+ mobile COVID-19 vaccine sites across the United States which collectively administered 400,000 shots (>0.1% of United States' total as of September 2021)Overseeing a team of 10 site leads covering six semi-permanent sites across New York City ensuring day-to-day operational excellenceLeading operations analytics across all sites nationwide by tracking vaccine inventory and nurse speed to ensure shots were safely and effectively administered.

Over two election cycles, I worked with and led an amazing team to try getting a really good man elected to Congress. We fell short, but I am proud because we outperformed President Biden's margin by seven points, inspired people across southern Minnesota, and helped Democrats take back the House in 2018 and keep it in 2020.
