Greg is the Managing Principal of Delivery and Operations for Crowe Consulting. He oversees operations in the US, India, Philippines and United Arab Emirates. In addition, he leads the firm's micro-vertical strategy for several industries with an acute focus on providing high value solutions in the areas of audit, tax, risk management and performance improvement.Greg has also spent the last several years working with financial institutions that have been under enforcement action developing compliance programs and response strategies that integrate compliance and operations, and has managed some of the firm’s largest client engagements. He has led projects with multiple institutions that have successfully complied with enforcement action guidelines in the areas of corporate governance, enterprise-wide compliance and anti-money laundering. He frequently speaks at national conferences and has conducted a number of online webinars dedicated to the challenges and opportunities tied to developing a sustainable and effective compliance program.
