About Nicolle Hahn

I'm a hardworking and passionate person who loves working with people and serving my community. During my time with the YMCA I was given several amazing opportunities in several different capacities and leadership roles. All of these experiences and more I brought with me to my position as Community Services Program Director at East Missouri Action Agency, where I have fallen in love with the world of Community Action. I am currently serving in the role of Development Director for EMAA with a focus on agency marketing, grant writing, fundraising, strategic planning and more.As a leader who is committed to serving people and the communities they live in I strive to listen and understand where they are coming from and to help by being present, solution oriented, and believe in building a for all culture that incorporates diversity and inclusion and brings all voices to the table. I'm always interested in new learning experiences and gathering knowledge that will help me grow as an individual and strengthen my skills to be a better leader.
