Handle branch day to day business and support the staff team. Work directly with board members, build relationships, and raise funds. Training for both full and part time staff, support members and the membership department, serve on the Diversity and Inclusion committee. Overall branch support and play major roles in planning events.

Handle day to day business of the branch and budget needs, oversee the marketing budget and generate ideas and content to be carried out by our outsourced media company. I also oversee the guest services department, director, and their staff team and hold various other roles throughout the year as a leader at our branch.

Ymca Of The Ozarks

Oversee the Guest Services and Conference Departments for YMCA Trout Lodge.

Teach outdoor education programs to kids, teens, and college students. Incorporating teambuilding, STEM learning, and other outdoor learning experiences. Host groups, and organize the nature center of 30 animals.

Ran the summer camp program for Camp Wood YMCA and supervised a staff team of 60 counselors who worked with anywhere from 250 to 300 campers a week. Helped develop new programs, worked with parents, and oversaw the day to day operation of summer camp in conjunction with the Summer Camp Director.
