As a Guest Experience Supervisor at Pullman Saigon Centre, I oversee the VIP service and feedback collection for the hotel's guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I have been working at Pullman since Sep 2022, starting as a Guest Experience - Welcomer, where I conducted tablet check-in, coordinated amenities, and handled guests' problems.I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hoa Sen University (Not for Profit) in Dec 2021, where I received multiple scholarships and awards for my academic and extracurricular achievements. I also have an APTIS Level C1 English Certificate, an HSK Level 2 Chinese Certificate, and an Excel Essential Training Certificate. I am passionate about learning new things and improving my skills in the hospitality industry.I have experience in working at different types of hotels, such as a 4-star city hotel, a boutique resort, and a 5-star city hotel, where I used various systems such as SMILE and OPERA. I also took many part-time jobs related to hospitality, such as events, operations, and butler service. I believe that these experiences have enriched my knowledge and prepared me for any challenges in my career.I value teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and leadership, as well as time management and attention to detail.
