- Summary all requested information of inquiry to create an order and process a shipment,pricing, customs documents, agent information and related agreements.- Negotiates with carriers (Shipping Lines) (ZIM, HMM, SEALEAD, RCL, WHL...).- Support to achieve Team Profit in Q4/2023: $1860.44 USD (45,539,167 VND), averageGP 24.14%; within 7 shipments (4 FCL shipments with 10 TEU; 3 Air shipments with 2011.50 KGS).- Cooperate with carriers and agents to follow scope of work and on-time capacity to keep a schedule as planned.- Provide daily/weekly/monthly shipment report to Commercial Team to update status.- Follow up closely customs clearance progress and transportation status of shipments,update to relevant parties and customers if needed.- Maintain close relations with agent’s representatives (MBS Log, Quanterm Log,Smartlink Log, Hoang Ha Log, Interchains Log, Consola, CPWorld)- Manage shipment’s balance, double-check Debit Note items and work with FA team forproposing payment schedule at due date.

- Provide one comprehensive supply chain solution to EPE- Export Processing Enterprise for Nitto Denko Vietnam: custom clearance (CO-CQ, Custom Declaration), transportation, warehousing.- Ensure that all activities during operation processes are up to Nippon standards and compliant with client’s requirement.- Delivery exceptional customer service through great interaction that meets their requirements or referring to relevant contact points appropriately if required.- Declare custom for import-export shipments in VNACCS and E-port systems.- For FY 2022, successfully declared export shipments valued approximately at $78 MilUSD and import shipments valued approximately at $60 Mil USD.- Have experienced in legal requirements for preparing custom documentations (customs inspection), identify level of risk of breach of the custom laws and detect errors to ensurethat company is not exposed to any litigation.- Contact and cooperate with oversea agencies for import and export shipments efficientlyby understanding insights and Vietnam Customs regulations.- Coordinate with relevant departments (sales, transportation, operation, warehousing)efficiently to deliver business success in achieving objectives.- Research and update latest statistics, events and legal documents on Vietnam Customswebsite daily (e.g: Decree 44 provides the lists of goods and services not entitled to the 2% VAT reduction with details of product codes and HS codes).

- Summary daily / monthly / quarterly data of transportations operation.(distance, running time, delivery operation)- Cooperate with relevant partners to monitor status of equipment attached on transportation (camera, GPS device).

- Process the documents with transit shipments at Moc Bai via VNACCS system.- Operate the custom clearance at Moc Bai border in person.- Cooperate with Nippon China to check D/O information of fabric goods for export shipments by land.

- Passive telesale.- Solve trouble shipments with clients and partners.- Negotiate with clients for appropriate rates.
