• Lead the business development on emerging market, such as EDA, ADAS and AI etc.• Make all Go-To-Market strategy and initiatives for UDS business in Great China. Provide decision making and execution support to Great China management.• Lead the corporation with Chinese public cloud vendor, AliCloud, Tencent and Kingsoft Cloud. Focal point with Nvidia, Cloudera and other solution partner in China.

• Provide decision making and execution support to Greater China storage leadership team with insightful analysis suggestion. Participation in the DELLEMC GC storage business long term plan as core member.• As the owner, responsible for design and execution of storage modernization program, unstructured data system business promotion in emerging industry Healthcare/ Manufacture/Automotive/Al.

• Serves as Senior Presales manager supporting Pub/Telecom/Media Sales team in Jiangsu/Anhui/Zhejiang province. Lead all team members to achieve storage selling goal and key customers coverage. • Lead team to response for supporting about $30M storage business in the region from FY16 to FY18.• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive and execute new business development in responsible territory. • provide leadership and mentoring for team members.
