• Provide reports and analysis to assist in maximizing profitability and cash flow, such as financial forecasts, revenue recognition, billing units, backlog. • Manage clinical study set-up, maintenance and follow-up study activities through ongoing tracking and review of study progress. • Drive and own strategies for non-project issues such as site business strategy, infrastructure and capabilities, mutual recruitment pipelines, achieving patient recruitment and performance results for assigned sites • Work together with Quintiles project strategy and project teams to enhance the overall patient recruitment and site relationship efforts.• Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters. • Participate in the selection and onboarding process for new CTAs/CRAs/CRSs by conducting candidate review and participating in the interviewing process. Conduct onboarding training for new staff in conjunction with Human Resources and Learning and Development training programs. • Conduct Accompanied Site Visits (ASVs) to guide CRAs and advise on critical specific study issues. Support CRAs on resolving project specific issues across sites• Manage the quality of assigned staff's clinical work through regular review and evaluation of work product. • Ensures that staff are meeting defined workload and quality metrics through regular review and reporting of findings as outlined by clinical operations management. • Manage Resourcing for a designated Customer to ensure appropriate allocation of project resources. Responsible to oversee and track all staffing needs per the specific Contract type• Participate in Global Resourcing Initiatives

- Coordinating with PI, main study coordinator to ensure the compliant procedure- Liaise with Sponsor and site staff in logistic (material, facilities, import and export…)- Couching and managing over 10 CRAs for SMV activities (study training, visit schedule, SDV quality, data completion and documents management)- Provide the training to site staff and CRA- Analyze and control the quality of study, conduct accompanied visit with CRA- Update the study status to sponsor and regional team
