Hi, my name is Haichen Wang. I’m currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Statistics, Measurement, Assessment, and Research Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, and I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University. My academic background has equipped me with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, and quantitative research methodology. I have developed proficiency in data analysis (using R and SAS) and data modeling. Additionally, my studies in Psychology have provided me with a deep understanding of employee behavior in industry organization, which I believe is crucial for understanding stakeholder dynamics and supporting effective board operations. Through my internships, I gained valuable insights into operating a company, particularly in terms of Marketing analysis, HR management, financial operations, and the legal aspects of business. These experiences deepened my understanding of business operations, including tax regulations, economic growth factors, the public policy of related fields and the significance of reputation and networking in business success. I'm currently looking for a job related to Marketing or HR management.
