Working as a Costume Trainee for an upcoming CBS series for Disney Plus has taught me a lot about the industry and the role that must be carried within the department.As a trainee I was very blessed to work on every aspect of the department and since it is a big production I managed to do a lot.Working with crowd and Principals departments at the office and on set working assisting as standby. In the office I have worked both with principal and crowd doing fittings, bugging, returning, accounts, check ins, organisation and much more. As a standby I have worked with big crowd numbers both on the truck and on set. Assisting to keep the truck organised and preparing the line ups to assisting in the dressing rooms at the unit to ensure everyone wears the right costume. Ensuring everything is organised to make de-rig go smoothly. Being a excellent team player to ensure that everyone is aware of what is where especially on set and in the truck. Ensuring that all team players eat and drink water while being in a fast paced environment.
