I am a seasoned health specialist with a strong background in clinical diagnostics and public health. My goal is to contribute effectively as part of a dynamic team, applying my expertise and gaining deeper insights through research and scientific studies. I am driven to advance in the field of public health, broadening my career opportunities and expanding my knowledge base.Holding a B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology from Symbiosis International University, Pune, I currently work as a Senior Project Technical lead at PGIMS Rohtak. My role involves strengthening laboratory surveillance for pneumococcal meningitis, assessing the impact of the pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) rollout, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and reliable clinical data.In my previous role at ICMR-NIIRNCD in Jodhpur, I led a TB case management project and participated in the NYKS initiative, "Active Screening & Motivating Persons with TB-Suggestive Symptoms." My work included designing and executing qualitative research studies, building partnerships with public health officials and community leaders, and overseeing project elements such as communication, budgeting, and IT.As a Field Worker at the ICMR-National Institute of Malaria Research, I played a key role in the "Health Impact Assessment of Narmada Basin Dams & RR Colonies in MP, Phase III" project. My duties encompassed conducting entomological surveys, performing laboratory tests, raising public awareness about malaria, reducing mosquito breeding sites, educating the community, and testing water quality.My experiences at ICMR-NIMR and Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital have enhanced my skills in health impact assessments, clinical practices, project management, data analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders. I am excited to continue advancing in public health and contributing to meaningful improvements in the field.
