As a digital transformation leader with 15+ years of experience, I direct seamless delivery of $MM projects, streamline project delivery, and meet corporate revenue goals. To do this, I establish trust-based client relationships and lead the development/rollout of cutting-edge project management products/services.Throughout my career, I introduced new design technologies to facilitate capital project management. At LBL, I secured funding from the business to invest in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) technologies in 2004 and gained first-mover advantage. With a very limited budget, and in collaboration with other functional units, I enabled this 90-employee firm to compete with 1000-employee architecture and engineering firms. During the 2008 crisis, the BIM and VDC capabilities gave LBL advantage over its competitors in winning scarce project bids. While competitors scrambled to build their BIM capabilities, LBL was already proficient when most clients mandated BIM on projects by 2010.At Enstoa, I lead a profitable business unit that engaged with 15+ domestic and international clients. I direct a globally distributed 28-member team organized under 6 squads of 3 to 6 members. I coach and mentor a group of 6 Directors and Senior Managers to creatively overcome project roadblocks and effectively engage their team members. The business unit has achieved profitable, on-time delivery of 183 digital transformation projects. I ensure delivery momentum through effective governance and management of stakeholders from diverse functional units within my client organizations and relentlessly aim to achieve vertical and horizontal alignment within these organizations to enable my workstream managers to meet their delivery goals.In my advisory role with my clients on business and digital transformations, I develop digital transformation strategies and roadmaps with close collaboration with clients’ senior leadership, steering committees, and management teams.Finally, I drive digital business development by creating and promoting new product/service offerings. During my career at Enstoa, I stimulated 567% revenue growth, increasing annual revenue from $1M to $6M over 4 years. I did this by leading the development of new product/service offerings for capital project management, including a change management, capital projects advisory and BIM services as well as BIM data reporting and project change management products.
