Complete all tasks associated with ensuring that reservations are handled efficiently and with a high level of accuracy. Transform a request for information into a potential reservation as soon as there is a possibility. Present the brands loyalty programme to customers and adapt the sales pitch accordingly to each customer. Handles reservations by applying the various step by step processes defined by the brand. Ensures all reservations are entered precisely and correctly. Ensures that a full handover of information is given to the correct people concerned. Respond to guest enquiries in a timely manner Maintain good relations with Group Organisers Complete full coordination of all group bookings Monthly reporting to the General Manager Complete POs & invoicing for all groups and companies with account facilities Follow up on all guest feedback
