Qube Logistics specifically provides complete logistics services incorporating road and rail transport, warehousing and distribution, container parks and related services, intermodal logistics hubs including rail terminals and global services incorporating procurement, freight forwarding, import and export services.My role involved the provision of in-house legal services to support the operations of the Qube Logistics’ division, including drafting and negotiating major supply and procurement contracts; advising on disputatious matters; undertaking legal due diligence and supporting negotiations in corporate and business asset acquisitions; negotiating leasing arrangements with commercial landlords and port authorities; raising awareness and facilitating a strong compliance culture and undertaking a balanced approach in the provision of legal services to support commercial and stakeholder needs.
