I've worked with Chick-Fil-A for a little over 4 years now and have worked from an entry-level position to the Director of Hospitality at what is now a multi-unit restaurant under a single Operator. My goal is to strive for excellence in both business and Hospitality. People is the job, investing in both team members and ensuring that each guest has a remarkable experience. My responsibility involves cultivating a culture of growth and empowerment for team members, team leaders, assistant directors, and beyond.My degree in History has significantly increased both my skill and passion for writing, and I have an interest in customer experience and would love to pursue that in a technology-related field.
