Managing a Team of 10 Specialists focusing on Quality, Adherence & Productivity. The focus is towards providing Support to:• The Customers who want to access/ use the Revolut App• KYC of the Customer to ensure that right and updated international documents are submitted & we are not entertaining any wrong person• Financial Crime Flow to ensure no money laundering or wrong funding is done. We would handle customers from USA, UK, Switzerland, Spain, Canada, Brazil, European Union, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Singapore, and Arab Countries.Currently, I am handling another project:1. Ficoba Task: Here we focus on the French Address, Identification Cards etc. which need to be verified using various tools to ensure that correct Customer onboarding is done.2. Hiring Associates: Conducting Interviews of Associates all over the globe for hiring them in our process.3. Vendor Management: Handling, Overviewing & Managing the 3 Vendors who work for Revolut and making sure that the work is done in a complete correct process.4. K- Gap: Auditing of Tickets raised by the Agents for SME/ Watchman and checking whether the Ticket was necessary (Knowledge Gap from Agent) and the information provided by the SME/ Watchman is also as per our Resource Channels.5. Process Improvement – Misconduct: Creation of a Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) where it was checked whether the Agents are following certain company policies or manipulating KPIs etc and what action shall be taken from the Team Leader’s End.6. Specialized Team: Creating a Specialized Team that would handle Customer Transactions specifically from US, Brazil & APAC. Selecting the appropriate candidates, providing them with a refresher over the Policies & Creating a separate Resource Page for the Team.7. Process Improvement – Portal Alerts: Creating a Specialized Team who would handle a particular Process of “Portal Alerts” where we check whether the Customer will be kept onboarded or shall be off-boarded.

In this process I understood that there was lack of knowledge about ITR and once people got to know about it's benefits they were very keen to use the app.During the internship, I got a great opportunity to meet many managers of many MNCs (E&Y, Concentrix), Indian companies (NDTV, UBX Courier) and even many IPS.I worked as a Management Trainee - Marketing & Sales, where I led a team of 10 BDAs and our work was divided into 2 objectives:1. To get membership of their App; Freeturn which not only provides ITR Filling but also Financial Advisory, Tax Planning & Tax Savings.2. Fill up a Market Research form about how people felt about ITR, what problems they faced.
