My overall responsibilities included to ensuring Shift responsibilities of Operations, Operations Team Training & Development, Preparing Sales and Inventory sheets on daily basis and report it to Head Office, Stock Ordering as per business operation needs, engaging the whole shift with respect to Food hygiene, Stock Availability, Trained Staff, Making plans to achieve the Sales & Operations budgets made, Preparing and achieving Marketing targets, Ensuring that Customer Services and expectations are met, Regular Coordination with Suppliers, Vendors and Head office, Carrying out audits to check health safety, food safety and quality of service in the restaurant Operations and ensuring Food safety & hygiene standards.

Ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service.Keeping control of food and labour costs.Ensuring Health & Safety and also hygiene procedures & standards are maintained.Having an in-depth knowledge of all menus.Responsible for recruiting, training & developing restaurant staff.Dealing with and resolving customer complaints.Maximising all business opportunities to drive sales.Communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service.
