* Lead the QA team & monitoring personnel working activities, provide guidance to them how to achieve the desired quality measures.team coachoing for all kind of inspections at inline, offline and finishing as well as pre-final & final inspections.* Monitor all activities of in-process production from sampling process to ready to ship goods.* Visit multiple factories (associated with our company) frequently to check and maintain all desired quality standards, discuss with designated QA on all in-process production issues and resolve the problem.* Communicate with merchandising department on all technical areas, cross check the production status and coordinate with merchandising team regarding any delay in shipment dates or any hurdle which can effect the shipment dates and take necessary actions in order to resolve any upcoming problem.* Interact with all the stake holders and team members of the company to meet the company objectives.
