In my role as a Data & Business Intelligence Officer, I support and enhance the Council's data infrastructure to deliver impactful business insights. I manage and maintain a portfolio of applications and tools that enable data integration, analysis, reporting, and visualization. I’m responsible for generating corporate reports, providing socio-economic analysis for strategic planning, and developing low-code solutions and automated dashboards to streamline operations.Additionally, I support business units with system administration, user training, and stakeholder engagement. Currently involved in the transitioning some of our reports to Power BI, leveraging its capabilities to streamline processes and enhance visualization. Besides the creation, maintenance and improvement of the current reporting system. My primary responsibility is to work with data and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders through various reports and dashboards that I create as per the requests of the stakeholders or as per the need of the business. I also manage the dialler, ensuring that the dialler is running optimally and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. I work closely with the team managers to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the performance of the dialler which leads to improved performance for the team.
