Main Function: • Technical Office activities including,erection,commissioning ,testing,operation, planning support, preparation of procurement requests, detailing, preparation of method statements, materials submitting, drawings submitting, quality & safety. Duties and Responsibilities:• To be fully aware of the project specifications, drawings and contractual terms• Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved and controlled for adequacy• Ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan• Prepare Method Statements• Plan resources and plant requirements and arrange procurement to suit program requirements• Liaise with consultant and subcontractors• Plan and schedule the project activities in liaison with planning engineer • Review and monitor the progress of the project• Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation order• Approve drawings, specifications and submitting and distribute them to concerned parties• Define and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are detected• Attend and follow-up ADDC and other Local Authorities requirements• Comply, implement and participate in the improvement of established QMS/ EHS procedures/ documentations and maintain records keeping• Ensure safe work environment Responsible for executing the work in accordance with: o Working / shop drawings and specifications o Target & construction programo Method Statements o Assist with the technical issue/s of the technical team as instructed and directed by the Project manager.
