Different processes involved to make malts, beers and soft drinks were observed.- Observed the processing of molasses, fermentation and how separation occurs in C-10, C-40 and C-50 distillation plants. - Learnt the processing of steeping, mashing and grinding on industrial scale in production of beverages.- Worked in Quality assurance lab. The main purpose was to ensure that ISO 9001 and 14001 standards are met.
