As the Operations Director at Dewan Architects & Engineers, a global multi-disciplinary practice and one of the top three firms in the Middle East, I manage all operational, administrative, and non-technical departments. I have over 15 years of experience in the architectural and engineering design sector, and I am passionate about creating distinctive, eminent buildings that fuse functionality with superior aesthetic form and environmental considerations.I also lead the Human Resource Department, Marketing, Finance, and PR. I was actively responsible for setting up Dewan Manila,Dewan Cairo and Dewan KSA. I have a strong background in strategic management and human resource management, which I obtained from my Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor. My mission is to drive operational excellence at Dewan and contribute to its vision of being the quality-driven practice in the industry.
