I am currently a crown employee for the City of Brampton, serving as an Advisor, Special Projects with the Office of the Commissioner of Planning, Building and Growth Management. I possess an extensive background of 7+ years in various disciplines including policy development and analysis, project management, government relations, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, fiscal management, legal administration, and community-based volunteering. Previously, I have worked with the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer at the City of Brampton and the Government of Ontario in various portfolios including the Office of the Budget at the Ministry of Finance, the Office of the Treasury Board at the Treasury Board Secretariat, and the Court Services Division and Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee at the Ministry of the Attorney General.I am a strong believer in self-improvement through formal and informal education and continuous learning. I recently obtained a Project Management Professional designation from the Project Management Institute, a Master of Public Administration degree from the School of Policy Studies at Queen's University, an Honors Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph, as well as an Ontario College Diploma in Community and Justice Services from Humber College.
