RECRUITMENT & SELECTION- - Conducting interviews to find out potential candidate for Job recommendation.- Make sure to provide right Human Resource at right place and at right time.- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.- Supervise and facilitate the recruitment and selection and keep contact with, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, regarding outsourcing of recruitment.- Developing job descriptions with KPI’s and align with departmental and organizational objectives. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Monitoring the organization's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs & attracting and retaining staff.- Maintain record of employee personal benefits such as remuneration and entitlements.PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL- Device and align individual goals and objectives with organizational goals as per standard with the help of line managers. - Responsible for conduct annual performance appraisal process and examine the performance of staff.- Conduct Appreciation process for the employees on monthly and yearly basis.TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT- Preparing Training Calendar and Schedule In-house training programs.- To maintain and locate the deficiencies in the employees and to arrange training programs as per the needs of employees with the implementation of TNA.- To manage EPES (Editorial Performance Evaluation System) & coordinate with Reporters for implementation reporting system and payment process.HR IS (HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM)- To supervise and suggest modification in HRIS (including Leave/Attendance Management, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.- Dealing managing with the operational processes of the HR functions and recommending innovative strategies to meet HR challenges in an efficient and effective manner.Employment engagement activities and employee wellness programs.

- To manage and supervise HRIS (Human Resource Information System) including Leave/Attendance Management, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.- Managing HR activities in the organization and Bureaus all over Pakistan.- Conducting interviews to screen for appropriate job candidates.- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.- Responsible for making appointment, confirmation, transfer, salary revision, annual appraisal, termination, warning letters and circular and internal emails etc.- Develop job descriptions and clear targets/assignments for employees.- Handling Health Insurance matters i.e. processing of health cards, Claims, deletion and updating of records.- To conduct and assist In-House Trainings.- Creating & maintain record of employee personal benefits such as remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance etc.- Overseeing the three personnel of HR and handling all HR activities/issues.

Key Responsibilities :- Maintain personnel filing system.- Prepare Orientation plan of new on board employee's. - Prepare Job Descriptions.- Assist in recruitment process, Job planning, source of candidates, Manage interview arrangements. (calls,documents,test,communication with interview panel, follow ups, etc)- Prepare offer/appointment/contract letter for new on board employee's.- To assist employee confirmation, resignation acceptance, exit interview, experience certificate, clearance, Full & Final settlement etc.- To prepare payroll of all labour staff.- To assist in all activities of performance appraisals.- To manage and schedule In-house training programs. - Manage and handle the problems of pick and drop facility provided to corporate employees through the contractor.
