Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) manages the State's $200 billion+ property and infrastructure portfolio.Developed the 3-year Corporate Strategy for the Property and Advisory Group business (~$5b AUM, $1b revenue p.a, 1,000+ FTE).Developed a Whole-of-Government Office Accommodation Strategy to drive flexible working and consolidation of footprint (government owned and leased commercial real estate assets). Received Government approval, and currently being implemented. Dual reporting line into Group Strategy and Consumer Bank business unit, delivering business unit strategy and decision support to the Executive Team. Key accomplishment included achieving c.$40m annuity savings by leading the design and execution of the branch closures strategy and framework. Developed and executed on the plan to extract synergies on the ageing network and navigated General Manager approvals across 3 divisions, and complex socio-political environment. Responsible for due diligence, DCF modelling, and obtaining CEO and CFO approval for indicative offers packs. Supported post acquisition integration of newly acquired subsidiaries.Supported $2 billion+ demerger of Recall business ($360m EBITDA, operations across 23 countries), eventually spun off and listed as an ASX100 company.Group growth and go-to-market strategy development for airlines industry vertical expansion, and geographic expansion in emerging markets.
