Role largely mirrors the one detailed under Burritt/Colin Campbell belowAdditional responsibilities:- Maintaining vendor relations to ensure Banner Carpets is prioritized in terms of communication and service- Regular customer facing reports for longer term or larger scale trade/design community projects

Core Responsibilities: - Purchasing and logistics of inventory, both for stock and special order- Sourcing and procurement of flooring and flooring-adjacent materials needed for jobs from a variety of vendors- Managing their production timeline and ensuring their timely delivery to final destination through coordination with production department and sales team- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of underlay, adhesive and accessories- Arranging transport and clearance of materials including, national ground and rail, international ground export and import, as well as international vessel and air import- Forecast and reporting of consignment sales both internally and with major supplier, investigation and reconciliation of discrepancies, and physical inventory counts when necessaryCost management and billing:- Ensure all costs associated with job are captured and all aspects of job are completed prior to billing - Liaise with management on all anomalies and follow up with amendment if neededAd-hoc Assignments:- Established purchasing procedures for company from ground up after Burritt Bros re-acquired itself from Beatty Floors in June 2016 - Worked across two ERP systems (ADC & Syspro) after merger of Burritt Bros and Colin Campbell & Sons, and organized the eventual transfer of Burritt-specific procedures from ADC to Syspro, most notably labour entry and costing, system UI for non-admin users, and new native customer-facing templates - Facilitated transferring of all inventory from third-party warehouse to company’s own warehouse, and established processes associated with maintaining warehouse inventory an general warehouse procedures and documentation going forward
