1.To Ensure KSA Marine Logistics (Vessels and cargo movement and clearance withing KSA), is executed in line with company policy and procedures.2. Ensuring logistics supports project and marine activity throughout operational lifecycles.3. Ensure marine logistics shipping documentation is planned around marine operations schedulesand that internal stakeholders and logistic services providers and kept information and up todate.4. Act as interface between functions representing marine logistics.

• Handling KSA visa formalities at Bahrain for all client’s crew (LOG issuance, transport arrangements and follow ups with third party for visa formalities at Bahrain).• Issuance of LOI (invitation letter) from ministry of Foreign affairs for KSA visa• Transport arrangements from Bahrain to KSA.• Manage the Vsl Crew movement for Sign off and Sign on.• Follow up with drivers and GRO for crew movement.• Follow up with clients, GRO for crew KSA visa extension and arranging all paperwork and formali-ties for visa extension.• Responsible to arranging flight tickets also for crew as per client requirement.• Preparing invoices of provided services for all clients and maintain record in proper manner and accessible at the time of need..Issuance invoices and PO through SAP system.
