Role (1) Maintenance EngineerWorked with various types of rotating equipment such as centrifugal pump, canned motorpump, hydrogen compressor, plunger pumps, diaphragm pump, centrifugal separator, etc.• Worked with various types of static equipment such as distillation column, shell and tubeheat exchangers, plate heat exchangers, pressure vessels, etc.• Familiar with pump parts and working principal. Types of mechanical seal with differentseal face and its used, pump impeller and shaft tolerances, shaft alignment and run out,pump lining up, etc.• Reducing plant downtime, and ensuring plant running efficiently by conducting preventiveand corrective maintenance.• Ensuring spare parts availability and sourcing for spare parts.• Executing, and assist planning for plant major shutdown. Coordinating with contractorsand vendors on shutdown planning for static and rotating equipment.• Investigating and preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any fault or breakdown using5 Why's or Fishbone Diagram and proposed solution and upgrading works to preventfuture downtime.Role (2) Project Engineer• Supervised and managed new plant project "600 metric tonnes per day (MTD) Deacidification Plant".• Preparing Job Safety Analysis Sheet (JSA) hot work near high explosive areas such asN-Hexane tank farm, and Methanol tank farm.• Planning and preparing for contractor site mobilization ie. Site office, hot work and coldwork area, equipment and heavy machinery movement route, traffic diversion, etc.• Inspection of pipe welding by welders as per Welder Procedure Specification (WPS).• Inspection of pipe welding via. non-destructive testing (NDT) of visual, dye penetrantinspection (DPI), magnetic particle test, and eddy current test.• Supervised and managed new "400 metric tonnes" steel tank construction till completion.• Conduct Testing and commissioning for new tank. Leak test, vacuum pull test, X-ray test.
